Carlos Villarreal

Carlos Villarreal  joined the TASB Board in September 2008. Villarreal is the vice president of the San Antonio ISD Board of Trustees and has been a member of the Board since May 2004. He has previously served as assistant secretary. Villarreal attended Fox Tech High School and St. Philip’s College. He is a retired San Antonio ISD employee after 32 yrs of service. In his spare time, he serves as an umpire and referee for local sports.
