(Austin) – The Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) is pleased to announce that Claycomb Associates, Architects, is the newest partner in the Association’s recently created TASB Partners program.
“Claycomb is an excellent organization, and we look forward to working with them in this new relationship,” said James B. Crow, TASB executive director. “We share a vision for Texas public schools and a desire to create new opportunities for students throughout the state. That will provide a solid foundation for a productive partnership.”
“Claycomb Associates was founded in 1984 with a single vision—designing quality K-12 schools throughout Texas. Our entire firm is devoted to serving public schools, and our passion is to design exceptional schools,” said Bo Ledoux, Claycomb vice-president. “Claycomb wants to be a positive participant in the education of Texas children. We see TASB Partners as an outstanding way to accomplish that goal.”
The TASB Partners corporate sponsorship program was established last year to create partnerships that result in collaborative projects to support public education in Texas. TASB Partners offers businesses a way to connect with education leaders to benefit communities and children across the state.
TASB is a nonprofit organization established in 1949 to serve local public school districts. School board members are the largest group of publicly elected officials in the state. The districts they represent serve approximately 4.9 million students.
