Sharyland ISD Votes to Hire Elaine Howard

On April 22, the Sharyland ISD Board of Trustees voted to hire Elaine Howard as the district’s new superintendent. Howard most recently served as the deputy superintendent in Boerne ISD. She began her career as a teacher in Judson ISD. Howard has also served as Executive Director of Human Resources for Judson ISD and Chief Human Resources Officer for Hays CISD.
