Proud Products of Texas Public Schools

Texans have much to boast about when it comes to our public schools and the products of those schools.  It's almost overwhelming to think of how many leaders, inventors, and role models have been shaped in Texas public schools.

Truly, one certain indicator of the quality of this state's public education system is the admirable people who boast about their Texas educational experience.

The Texas Association of School Boards began a campaign in June 2001 to recognize the many "Proud Products of Texas Public Schools."  Indeed, one of the evidences of the success of our state's schools is the remarkable number of exemplary people in virtually every field of endeavor who trace their preparation and motivation to public education in Texas.
