Employee Needs Assessments
An Employee Needs Assessment is an excellent way for employers to gauge the true needs and concerns of the workforce
Child Care Solutions can design and implement a Web-based Employee Needs Assessment in approximately three to four weeks. The resulting comprehensive report will include comments from all participants, recommendations to move or not move forward with design and implementation of a child care program, and real data on which to base your decision. You will find out how many employees currently need child care, how many anticipate needing child care, and other specific input necessary for sound decision-making.
If appropriate to survey outcomes, Child Care Solutions will provide suggestions for implementation including timelines, initial budget outlines, and staffing recommendations.
