New HR Surveys launch on DataCentral

A comprehensive series of new and updated HR Surveys has launched for DataCentral subscribers. New and revised surveys include health insurance premiums, teacher absences, teacher contracts, substitutes, and reimbursement for unused leave. Please visit HR Surveys This link opens in a new window. to learn more and submit your data.

While you know DataCentral for its in-depth salary survey database, HR Surveys is a new tool that provides current data on HR policies, practices, and benefits to help HR administrators answer critical policy or budget questions. Here are some important reasons to participate in HR Surveys:

  • They are the only source for benchmark data on common school district HR metrics, practices, and policies.
  • They provide up-to-date data on unique topics such as teacher turnover, absenteeism, and health insurance cost-sharing.
  • They offer the ability to compare your district’s policies and practices to your peers.
  • More participation means a more robust and meaningful database is built.
  • Data is only available to participants.

In all, 14 survey topics are being released on the HR Surveys page. We know you’re working hard on the salary surveys (and we appreciate it!), so we’ve staggered the due dates over the next five months to allow you more time to prepare and participate. Most surveys take less than five minutes to complete.
