Folks from school districts and regional education service centers across the state will gather in Austin for the TASB Conference for Administrative Professionals at TASB's headquarters in October and February.

“Here at TASB, we understand your role in your districts. We see you,” said TASB Executive Director Dan Troxell. “That’s why we put this conference on twice a year, because we know the importance of your roles.”

The 2024-25 conference, to be held on Oct. 24-25, 2024, and Feb. 20-21, 2025, will include sessions on legal issues, district policy resources, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, design guidance, tips for meeting minutes, and compassionate leadership. The two-day event focuses on training and support needed for the challenging work of administrative professionals.

“You are really multifaceted in your roles,” Troxell told attendees as he welcomed them to the conference last year. “You are the senior executive in charge of first impressions in your districts. You are the senior executives of logistics.”

Join us this year to get resources for your important work, plus the opportunity to network with other professionals that understand the complexities of that work. Can't wait to see you in Austin!
