TASB Energy Cooperative Board
The TASB Energy Cooperative Board is member governed, made up of trustees from across the state of Texas.
The TASB Energy Cooperative was formed in 2008. The Cooperative is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of employees and officials of active members of the Cooperative. Trustees are appointed by the Board for three-year terms and may serve up to four terms (full or partial).
The Cooperative Board meets quarterly and oversees the Cooperative program, such as electricity and fuel programs that help provide program participants opportunities to lock in competitive rates. This dedicated board — made up of elected officials and employees of Cooperative members and serving without compensation — is well-suited to understand and focus Cooperative programs on the unique needs of public entity participants.
