Policy Library Subscription for Charter Schools

A TASB Library Subscription gives charter schools access to model documents and policy resources.

A Policy Library Subscription with TASB Policy Service includes collections of model documents and policy resources. The tools available with this subscription include:

  • The Policy Reference Manual, a collaborative effort of Policy Service and Legal Services that lays out the legal basis for local school district governance, including state and federal statutory and case law, State Board of Education rules, attorney general opinions, and commissioner of education decisions.
  • A variety of policy-related tools, including updates to the Model Student Handbook and Model Student Code of Conduct. 
  • Access to the Regulations Resource Manual, which contains sample documents such as procedures, plans, and forms, is available at an additional cost.

Please note: Policy Service does not provide local policy customization services for charter schools.
