New PWFA Resources Available in HR Services Resource Library
TASB HR Services has added new guidance and templates related to the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) to the HR Services Resource Library.
HR Services members should log in to tasb.org to access:
- Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (best practices/guidance)
- PWFA Accommodation Process Documentation Form (template)
- PWFA Medical Information Request Form (template)
Final regulations for implementing the PWFA became effective on June 18, 2024. Information addressed in the final regulations is detailed in the HRX article PWFA Final Regulations Released.
