New Stipend Survey Data in TASB HRDataSource

Data from the 2023 TASB Extra-Duty Stipend Survey is now available in TASB HRDataSource™.

To view Extra-Duty Stipend Survey data, log in to TASB HRDataSource; click Salary and FTE Reports; choose Athletic, Performing Arts, and Academic Stipends; then select the criteria for your report. The report will display in your browser, and you can download in Excel or as a PDF.

Participation increased again this year, with 580 total surveys received ­— up 1.8 percent from last year. Some of those still have data questions pending, so data for 534 districts has been posted to HRDataSource. We will release additional districts’ data later in February as answers are finalized.

Added Stipends this Year

After collecting preliminary data in the 2022 survey, five additional coaching stipends were added to this year’s survey. The following stipends were reported by 11 to 50 percent of responding districts in 2022 and were added to reports in HRDataSource this year:

• Cross Country — Assistant Coach
• Golf — Assistant Coach
• Soccer — 9th Grade/JV Coach
• Swimming/Diving — Assistant Coach
• Wrestling — Assistant Coach
