TASB HR Services is pleased to announce that there will be no increases in HR Services membership fees for the 2024-25 school year.

Membership renewals begin in August, but many of our members like to have the information as soon as possible for budget planning. New members can join at any time. Membership information and our New Subscriber form are available on the HR Services Membership webpage.

Members will continue to have access to expert guidance from our HR and compensation consultants as well as these valuable resources:

  • HR Services Resource Library — School districts and community colleges each have their own dedicated online encyclopedia of information that includes deep dives into HR-related topics and sample forms and letters.
  • Model Employee Handbooks — Members can take advantage of our easy-to-use resources to create their own district or college employee handbook, including a model employee handbook with notes regarding local considerations, a guide for editors, a guide to changes from the last version, and an editable version of the handbook to customize to match local policies.
  • Model Job Descriptions — Available for both school districts and community colleges, these samples are designed to be edited and revised to accurately reflect local job assignments, qualifications, and working conditions.
  • TASB HRDataSource™ — Member districts and colleges have access to our online data compilation tool allowing them to create customized reports that draw data from HR Services salary and HR surveys, covering a variety of job benchmarks and HR practices common to Texas school districts and community colleges.

If you have any questions about membership or how to access your resources, email us at hrservices@tasb.org or call 800-580-7782.
