Whether you’re an experienced board member ready to hone your governance skills or a new board officer seeking support with board operations, TASB’s experienced Board Development Services consultants offer customizable coaching options to help you excel in your role.
No matter your location, our consultants have the flexibility to schedule in-person in-district or remote coaching sessions, providing you with tailored support to fit your needs and your schedule.
Board officers can also find additional coaching support through Board Officer Institute: A Journey to Excellence, a six-week program typically held twice a year, beginning in January and July. In addition to the weekly classes, participants receive three one-on-one virtual coaching sessions as a component of the program.
