2025 TASB Post-Legislative Seminar for the Texas Council of School Attorneys (CSA)

TASB Legal Services will provide a post-legislative seminar for Texas Council of School Attorneys (CSA) members to discuss legislation passed by the 89th Texas Legislature on topics that impact your school district clients, including:

  • Budget and Finance
  • Liability
  • Personnel
  • Student Issues
  • Accountability
  • Elections
  • Purchasing and Construction
  • Governance

This seminar has been approved for 5.5 hours of CLE by the State Bar of Texas.

Please note you must be an active CSA Member and have an active TASB Login user ID and password to register.

The registration fee of $250 will include a boxed lunch for our working lunch and a bound post-legislative summary book prepared by TASB. All registrations should be prepaid by check, credit card, or purchase order. Registration will not be processed without payment information.

After 14 days before the event, no refunds will be provided, but substitutions will be permitted for eligible persons. No-shows will not be refunded.

Registrants or their designee may edit, cancel, or make name substitutions through the registration system, accessible online through the event registration webpage.

If TASB must cancel the event, TASB will refund registrations in full, but will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including transportation, lodging, and meal costs) sustained by the registrant.
