Board Officers Forum: Directing Your Focus as a Board Officer

In this course you will have an opportunity to hear from a panel of experienced school board officers and a superintendent on what it takes to be an effective board officer. The panelist, a TASB attorney, and governance consultant describe the roles and responsibilities of board presidents, vice presidents, and secretaries in Texas. The experienced school trustees also answer several common questions asked by audience members about topics that concern school board officers.
