Board Policy & the Business Office

Do you find yourself wondering what your district policy says about practices and expectations related to your job duties? Join us for a collaborative webinar with TASB Policy Service and TASBO to learn how to use board policy to assist in your day-to-day responsibilities. We will focus on the policies most relevant to the business office in Section C and addressing topics such as finance, fiscal management, budget, and purchasing. Presented by Amy Kadlecek, Assistant Director for TASB Policy Service, and Kristi Clark, TASBO Chief Policy Officer.

We will also have a dedicated question-and-answer portion of the presentation.

TASBO-certified individuals are eligible for one hour of continuing education credit.
