TASB will upgrade its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from Friday, April 4, through Sunday, April 6. This upgrade will impact key TASB systems and member applications throughout the entire weekend.
Friday Morning, April 4
On Friday morning, April 4, TASB members will not be able to log into TASB.org, TASB Colleges, or Risk Management website to access their personal dashboards or gated content. However, the following website links and programs will be accessible from the website and will work until 4 p.m. on Friday:

- Executive Search Service Tools
- myCEC
- Online Learning Center
- OnSite Reports
- SMART Solutions
- SMART Upload/Download
- TASB Events/Master Calendar
- TASB Membership Snapshot

4 p.m., Friday, April 4 to Midnight, Sunday, April 6
Starting at 4 p.m. Friday, April 4,, until midnight, Sunday, April 6, most TASB and Risk Management services and applications will not be accessible throughout the weekend as the upgrade is taking place.
The following services will be available all day Friday and throughout the entire weekend:

All TASB and Risk Management services and applications will be fully restored and functional by Monday, April 7.
