Employee turnover is a major problem in all industries, including public schools, and organizations are struggling to recruit and retain employees. This workshop will explore the challenges of finding and keeping employees and provide strategies to attract and retain quality employees. Attendees will be provided with opportunities to use knowledge and resources for developing an effective recruitment and retention plan.

Topics covered:

  • Developing a marketing strategy
  • Optimizing compensation and benefits
  • Collaborating with supervisors and principals
  • Supporting mental health
  • Implementing flexible work arrangements

Fee: $225/person (group rates are not available)

Workshop will take place from 8:30-11:30am CST each day with different content covered in each session.

Continuing Professional Education Credits

HR Services is an approved provider for continuing professional education (CPE) units for State Board of Educator Certification (SBEC) and is an approved organization for sponsorship of continuing education credit (CEC) for the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO).
