Implementing an Intervention Plan
Writing an intervention plan begins the process for improving ineffective employee performance. Successfully implementing the intervention plan requires specific actions and strategic leadership. This interactive training will provide practical guidance on how to successfully initiate the plan, provide supports, give quality feedback, deal with the most difficult employees, make appropriate decisions, and communicate results.
This half-day workshop is available as a stand-alone half-day session or may be combined with another half-day session including, Supervisor's Guide to Managing Employee Performance and Conducting Employee Investigations.
